Please call (800) 860-8773 to get your UnitedHealth Allies member number. Customer Care representatives are available Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Central Time.
Then click here and select the UnitedHealth Allies card.
After logging in, go to My Account/My Member Id card to print your personalized UnitedHealth Allies card.
On future visits, use Member Login.

To register for the health discount program, please call Customer Care Monday-Friday, 5am-6pm Pacific, at 1-800-860-8773.
Then click here and select the UnitedHealth Allies card.
After logging in, go to My Account/My Member Id card to print your personalized UnitedHealth Allies card.
On future visits, use Member Login.
The log-in site for your discount program has changed. You are being redirected to the new site. Once there, log in using your current member name and password.
Watch for your new Member ID Card, which will be mailed to you by April 1, 2010. To print a new card immediately, please visit My Account.
The relationship between OptumHealth Allies and Sam's Club has ended. If you are an Advantage member who received your new OptumHealth Allies card, click here to log in your new website.
